Employee Assistance Programme Services (EAP)Supporting Employees - Supporting BusinessEAP is a professional employee support service for participating company employees who maybe facing personal difficulties. This includes personal and work related aspects causing an individual concern. The EAP is intended to provide short-term assistance to eligible users offering strictly confidential services by an independent, external organization. Appointments are held away from the immediate workplace environment thus providing an independent service. On occasions your counselor may need to refer you to other specialist within the community such as a support group or your GP as the needs dictate. Our people: Our practioners are qualified experienced Registered Psychologists. Availability: To all employees, contractors and their immediate family who reside at the same address. Number of sessions available: Generally three sessions per annum for the individual or the individuals family are provided free of charge. Where: Our focus and experience is specifically in WA – regional and metro. Locations: We have practioners located through WA. Counselling Service: Appointments made in advance for Face-to-Face during office hours; or telephone counseling is available 24/7; skype.
